The scheme involved extensive alterations to two three-storey Victorian warehouses. The buildings had already been converted into several units, for various creative tenants such as architects, graphic designers, dressmakers, and interior designers.

The design describes what Confetti is all about. Rooms are at an angle, walls fall away, and nothing is obvious; all a little bit different. The frontage is a sleek curve, modern and simple but peeling away to show the complex interior.

The new facade not only resolved the need for an independent entrance, but also provided Confetti with a modern and recognisable visual presence reflective of their artistic and progressive image.
