The scheme is being undertaken in two phases. The first phase which is now complete created 27 new houses in the former school grounds. Phase two is the conversion of the grade II listed school buildings into apartments.

The project has developed enormously over the past few months to an exceptionally high quality scheme which will allow the surrounding site to blossom exponentially. RDA worked closely with the local authority conservation officer and English Heritage to agree the details of the scheme. 23 apartments are proposed, all of which will be unique, dramatic and exceptional dwellings.
