Architect and Partner
Steve is the founding member of RDA. His particular roles within the firm include practice administration and commercial projects. He is head of office for both London and Nottingham. He has particular experience within the residential and retail sectors. He is also responsible for the operation of all office IT and management systems.
Neil Davies

Architect and Partner
Neil registered as an architect in 1987, later founding the practice in 1991. He is Director of the Kent office and specialises in urban and rural planning consultancy, advice on listed and historic buildings as well as continuing the reputation of designing cost effective buildings across all sectors to achieve functionality and variety.
Chris Goodwin

Architect and Associate
Chris has a range of experience in Retail, Office, Leisure, Education and Residential sectors including conservation and urban design. This includes the conversion of grade II* listed buildings to a further education college, bars, hotel, offices and residential uses and HQ office buildings for MCL-Experian and Games Workshop.
Julien McGuinness

Architect
Julien joined RDA in 2007 and has since worked on a variety of projects in the commercial and private sectors. These have included sensitive works to listed buildings, feasibility studies for large retail schemes and smaller residential projects for private clients.
Joe Player
BArch (Hons) MArch RIBA
Architect
Joe is involved with a wide variety of schemes within the practice, and specialises in SIPS and timber-framed technology. Having a strong personal interest in heritage works, Joe has recently begun studying towards a Masters in the Conservation of Historic Buildings.
Nick Jones

Architectural Assistant
Nick joined the practice in summer 2008 and recently returned following the completion of his university studies. Nick has worked on a variety of projects across the commercial and residential sectors and hopes to complete his professional qualifications next year.
Denise Gardner
Practice Secretary
Denise joined RDA in 2006 after working in a number of construction and legal offices. She is responsible for all day to day administration in the office.
Louise Flisher
Finance
Louise is responsible for all financial aspects of RDA. A tax accountant by profession, she works on a consultancy basis for a number of local firms.
